Description
Reproduction – this front sight is a very snug fit in the hole, and once you get it close, turn the gun upside-down on a non-marring surface and tap the underside of the slide to seat it. Then stake the post. You may want to enlist the services of a competent gunsmith.
This part is manufactured of high quality tool steel and heat-treated to precise specifications in our Midwest facility, using an original factory part for duplication. Some parts may need additional fitting to accommodate wear in old firearms.

The front sight flew off of one of my "family heirloom" Colt Pocket Hammerless .380s many years ago, before I ever had a chance to fire it.
